Stepping up from the MiScreen a4 model, GOCCOPRO GP100 uses a higher quality digital technology to provide fast, ultra professional results onto the new generation of RISO Digital QS ‘P’ type Mesh, for stronger more durable screens at a lower cost than previous ‘S’ type mesh.

Imaging directly from your computer to the GP100 machine eliminates all artwork films, carbon copies and artwork transfers to improve quality, dramatically lowers costs and creating a screen from your designs has never been faster.

Print from any program

Using a dedicated printer driver, GP100 enables you to print directly from any program with a print function. There's no separate application software to use or import designs into (as the MiScreen model uses), making GP100 faster and easier to use form any program with unlimited print functions.

Larger A3 print size with higher resolution

297mm wide by 800mm length allows GP100 to image full A3 designs at a higher quality 600x600dpi resolution for true photo quality productions. (MiScreen model is 210x300mm @ 203dpi)

Improved Quality & Lower Costs

Using RISO Digital 'P' type thermal mesh quality and screen life are improved through a stronger more durable mesh construction.

GP100 uses a 32cm wide Digital QS Mesh in pre-rolled 12 Metre lengths.

3 mesh grades are  available - 70Mesh,  120Mesh & 200Mesh - with 120Mesh the new default for all fabrics/ paper and general applications. 70Mesh for coarse designs and solid supercover prints, 200Mesh for ultra fine details onto plastics/ metal/ glass.

Automatic mesh loading - no hand cutting

The Digital Mesh roll is housed inside the GP100 machine, ready for use as soon as a design is sent.

Mesh grade is easily and quickly changed by opening the lid, removing the roll and inserting the required mesh grade - takes 10 seconds.

As a screen is made, a frame/ mesh length is set with the GP1200 model automatically cutting the correct length. Designs are centred in the mesh length by default, however customisation allows you to re-position the design up or down the screen as required.

Apple MAC Computers/ Software

Additional hardware and software is required to operate GP100 on an Apple/ Mac computer system due to software licensing requirements. Both GP100 Newtork Card & MAC Software License must be purchased and installed together for the system to operate. There is no additional costs or equipment required for Windows system.
