Table Adhesive is pressure sensitive liquid which quickly dries to become adhesive under your materials and hold the t-shirt/ fabric/ canvas/ paper or item still whilst printing.
Improves print quality by holding the item still eliminates movement which causes smudges, blurring and misprints.
Holding the items down to stop attaching to the screen or lifting is also critical when printing multiple colours, using supercover fabric inks and all off contact printing applications.

Solvent based sprays put more adhesive into the air than on your board with waste rates. Your spraying your money into the air.
Excess solvent applied during application lifts off onto your fabrics and stays there (doesn't wash out in water), so your left with a rough sticky feel on your fabric.
Our waterbased Table Adhesive is applied straight onto your surface, only a few drops required then spread around in the design area.

Much of the spray is wasted by covering a wide broad area on application, covering much of the screen area your not needing the adhesive under - wasteful and old technology.
- if you apply sprays too close you will pool the adhesive which requires cleaning before use.
Usage
Application is only required for the design area, plus a 1cm outer border area.
Application rate will vary on absorbency of board. Use solid wood, metal or glass. Avoid paper, cardboard and fabric surfaces.
- Apply at approx. 4 drops per 10cm
- Spread using plastic scraper/ card/ paper to form thin layer. (EZIblade squeegee is ideal)
- Allow to touch dry before use (30 seconds).
- Re-apply as required.
Re-application rate will vary on the type of material you are using.
Materials will high pill/ loose fibres will require a higher rate compared to a drill cotton with no loose fibres.
Should you accidently apply too much, excess can be scraped off, or is removed on first wash leaving no residue, no marks, no feel inside the garment.
